You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or unfit for its intended purpose.

3. Proof of Purchase
A receipt, invoice, or other evidence of purchase is required.

4. Change of Mind
For change-of-mind returns, we may offer an exchange or store credit if the item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days.

5. Process for Returns
Contact us to arrange a return. Once inspected, we will provide a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

6. Exclusions
We do not offer refunds for perishable goods (e.g., dog food) unless faulty or damaged
