Greyhound Classes Greyhounds are gentle, sensitive dogs with unique needs, especially when transitioning from racing life to becoming loved family companions. At A1 Dog Products & Services, our Greyhound Classes are designed to help them adjust with patience, kindness, and positive reinforcement. We focus on essential skills like walking calmly on lead, building confidence in new environments, socialising with other dogs, and settling comfortably at home. With understanding and gentle guidance, we’ll support both you and your greyhound in building a strong bond and creating a smooth path into their new life as a cherished family member.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for A1 Dog Products & Services Bookings & Confirmations All bookings must be made in advance via our online system or by contacting us directly. You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details once your booking is secured. Payment Full payment or deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and PayPal. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit of deposit. No-Shows If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the full fee will be charged, and rebooking will be subject to availability. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure your session is not shortened. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time but will not alter the fee. Health & Safety All dogs attending training sessions must be up to date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses. Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog’s behaviour is safe for a group environment. Changes to Services We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or trainer availability. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative options. Personal Information Client information collected during booking will be kept confidential and used only for service delivery and communication.
