Service Description
Puppy School Give your puppy the best start in life with A1 Dog Products & Services Puppy School. Our fun and positive classes focus on building good manners, confidence, and social skills in a safe and supportive environment. Using reward‑based training, we help you strengthen the bond with your puppy while teaching essential cues such as sit, stay, come, and walking nicely on lead. We also cover important topics like toilet training, biting and chewing, and positive socialisation with people and other dogs. With the right guidance from the beginning, your puppy will grow into a happy, well‑behaved companion.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for A1 Dog Products & Services Bookings & Confirmations All bookings must be made in advance via our online system or by contacting us directly. You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details once your booking is secured. Payment Full payment or deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and PayPal. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit of deposit. No-Shows If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the full fee will be charged, and rebooking will be subject to availability. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure your session is not shortened. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time but will not alter the fee. Health & Safety All dogs attending training sessions must be up to date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses. Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog’s behaviour is safe for a group environment. Changes to Services We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or trainer availability. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative options. Personal Information Client information collected during booking will be kept confidential and used only for service delivery and communication.
